Tara Bergeron, RRP is a Senior Director in Business Development for RCI, a global leader in exchange and travel solutions that helps put the world on vacation. With over two decades of experience in the Vacation Ownership industry, Tara has worked extensively to support innovation, strengthen partnerships and enhance the overall member experience.
Tara began her career in 2003 as an Account Executive, collaborating with both Developer and HOA communities to expand their product offerings and create value for Owners. Over the course of her 21-year tenure at RCI, she has held leadership roles across various disciplines including Marketing/Tour Generation, Product Development, Product Implementation, and Non-Member segments. Her work in these areas has focused on enhancing engagement strategies, optimizing product offerings, and exploring new business opportunities for industry growth.
Now back in Business Development, Tara leads a team that works closely with Affiliates to educate and inspire members, increase sales, leverage operational efficiencies, and identify new growth opportunities. She values collaboration and enjoys helping partners maximize the potential of their ownership programs.
Beyond her corporate role, Tara has been actively involved in the timeshare industry. She has participated as a panelist and moderator at ARDA Conferences, both regional and national, sharing insights and best practices with industry peers. A graduate of ARDA LEAPS, she is also a former member of the New England ARDA Executive Committee and remains actively engaged in ARDA WIN, supporting the advancement of women in the industry.
