CRTA cannot mediate, arbitrate, or otherwise resolve individual disputes between a consumer and a CRTA Member, or between CRTA Members. If we receive information regarding a potential violation of our Code of Ethics, we will make every effort to review the situation with the CRTA Member for its consideration and resolution. Final resolution can only be effected directly between the complainant and the CRTA Member.
As a professional trade association, CRTA’s ability to enforce its Code of Ethics is limited to CRTA Members. However, if you would like to provide information about a non-member company, contact us at
[email protected]. We will attempt to notify the non-member company regarding your concerns.
Occasionally companies who are not CRTA Members display our logo in their website or in their sales offices. Please notify us if you are aware of these situations.
