CVOA Announces New VO-Con 2017 Sponsors

VANCOUVER, CANADA (July 31, 2017) – This fall, when Vacation Ownership industry decision-makers from across North America join together in Whistler for  VO-Con 2017,  the Canadian Vacation Ownership Association’s (CVOA) vacation ownership conference,  they will gain new perspectives while building valuable connections and learning about innovative trends, products and services. 

Unique networking functions, stimulating industry education sessions and unusual key note speakers will be sponsored by a varied array of sponsors.  New sponsors recently announced as coming on board  are Booking.Com, Eagle Eye Networks and Beaver Board SUP.

The three sponsoring entities will join Buy-A-Timeshare, CustomerCount®, Cyria Group, DAE, ,Diamond Resorts, Fiesta Americana Vacation Club, GBG & Associates, Inc., Genescy Corporation, Intuition Brand Marketing, NTOA and RTX.

Luis Alves of Booking.Com said his company decided to participate in VO-Con to spread the word “regarding our platform into an area of the industry where there is currently the most opportunity to grow. We are extremely excited to meet different stakeholders within the vacation ownership market, strengthen out ties and further develop our partnerships.”

The nominal fees and interesting sponsorship opportunities have drawn commitments from a varied group of companies, from resorts to those who deliver services to the vacation industry.  Some sponsors are involved supporting are traditional receptions and coffee breaks to Whistler Mountain Top Experiences and celebrity chef book signings.

Although VO-Con is uniquely Canadian in its style and predominantly Canadian in membership, there are numerous organizations from other parts of North America and Mexico that are participating in the event.

New sponsor Beaver Board SUP (Stand Up Paddleboards) is particularly focused on Canada.  Hailing from Squamish, B.C. and part of Sea to Sea Adventure Company, Beaver Board has met the challenge of creating a stand-up paddleboard to meet the challenges of Canadian Waters.  Eagle Eye Networks is attending and sponsoring to gain exposure for their security cameras, an important resort for resorts to encompass in today’s world.

The conference is scheduled from September 12-14 at the Four Seasons Resort & Residences in Whistler, Canada.
