CRTA will hold their Annual General Meeting (AGM) via a Google Meet call Monday June 29, 2026 at 3:00PM EST. Contact CRTA for the call information.
The meeting shall be for the following purposes:
- TO review the financial condition of the Corporation for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, and a year to date summary;
- TO elect/re-elect the directors of the Corporation for the upcoming year;
- Currently there is one (1) nomination for a new Director to the Board – Joe Nahman | President RMC Resort Management
- TO elect/re-elect the officers of the Corporation for the upcoming year;
- TO transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
The AGM agenda, proxy form, and director nomination forms are available by request.
